12/29/2008 Units were dispatched for a reported vehicle fire. Dispatched up graded the response to a RV fire. Units found a full size motor home with heavy fire in the rear of the vehicle. Several hand lines were used. Fire was contained to the rear of the vehicle. A/C Lussier had command. Units on scene were Engines 1,2, Ladder 3, Service 1, Air 1, Chief 77, Medic 1.

12/29/2008 Engines 1 and 2, and Medic 20,1,31 responded to a reported 4 car MVA at the intersection of Sweetwater Blvd and 17 Bypass. 2 patients packaged for transport. Scene left with SCHP. Captain Gosnell had command.

12/22/2008 While responding to a reported cardiac arrest, Medic 2 was involved in a traffic accident. Lt. Petrella and FF Donaldson were transported to WCH with minor injuries. Accident was investigated by the SCHP. No charges were filed against Medic 2's crew.

12/11/2008 Units responded back to BN Lane where the found the rest of the structure fully involved. Deck guns were used to extinguish the fire. Same units returned to the scene.

12/10/2008 Units responded to a reported structure fire on B N Lane. Engine 1 went on scene and reported heavy fire from the Delta side of the building. Several attack lines were used to contain the fire. Aggressive interior work held the fire to several rooms. Chief Knight had the command. Units on scene Engines 1,2,563, Ladder 3, Air 1, Medics 1,31 , Chiefs 76,77.

11/18/2008 - Units were dispatched to reported structure fire at the Marina Colony Condos. Engine 1 went on scene and reported smoke showing from 1 unit of a tri plex. 1 1 3/4 hand line was advanced. Fire was contained to the bedroom. E-1,E-2,L-3,M-1,A-1,C-76 and 77 were on scene.

11/13/2008 - Engine 1 responded to the 20 box mutual aid for a working fire. Engine 1 assisted with overhaul of the abandoned structure.

11/01/2008 - E-2 went on scene at the G.C beach cafe and reported smoke showing from the rear. Workers had knocked the fire down in a rear store room. Units performed overhaul with no extension. Engines 2,1,563,Ladder 3, Medic 1, Cheifs 76 and 77 responded.

10/14/2008 Units were dispatched to reported structure fire. Upon arrival units found light smoke showing. After investigation a problem with the A/C unit was found. Engines 1&2,Ladder 3, Medic 1, Chiefs 76&77.

10/04/2008 Units were dispatched to reported structure fire in Springfield sub-division. Engine 1 went on scene and reported light smoke showing from a single family occupancy. Fire was in the oven. Fire was contained with no extension. Overhaul completed. Engines 1&2, Ladder 3 and Medic 1, Chiefs 76 and 77 were on scene.

10/03/2008 Units were dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire. Engine 2 went on scene and reported heavy fire in the roof of a large beachwear store. Multiple hand lines as well as 4 ladder pipes were placed in service. 1 FF transported for smoke inhalation.Units on scene were E-2,E-20,E-563,Ladders 1,2,3,564, Medics 1,2,31,Air1, Chief 76,77,56. Chief Knight had the command.
